Renovator's Delight in Action

Check it out - After much waiting and thinking and planning (the longer it took, the larger the ideas became:) ), I arrived home today to see a lovely wrapped gift for Christmas (i'm assuming this may be all that happens prior to the big day.... we'll see)

The back room nicely wrapped ready for it's decorating.
Window's are in...

We've gone for mismatched grass as our paving selection, what do you think?

a view from the inside, getting exciting!!

So much for keeping things updated!!

After sitting around the dinner table last night at our 'traditional' sunday night tea at ma and pa's, have decided to reboot our blog - thought i started it years ago - turns out it was only last year - but funnily enough, my comment on 'i probably won't up date for a while' seems to have come true, because well over a year later am I updating things.

So here it is, our blog - in the next few weeks hopefully i'll get some photos up - we'll see how it goes!

Enjoy, or at the very least, have a laugh at our expense!

Welcome to our blog

Welcome!

We decided that because we are absolutely hopeless at emailing and sending things to keep in touch with what's happening we would create a blog - so you can check out what we've been up to. Mainly photos really - to keep our friends and family informed with what's been happening.

I don't really have a lot to add - and our page won't look pretty for a while either because i'm trying to create this at work - so you will just have to wait for photos and the sight to actually look decent.

News for us - I'm still working and loving it - have a multiage class and instead of having one class, i'm now teaching literacy for all of the students right through from year 1 to year 7. We'll see how it goes. Matt's been working hard on the farm, enjoying it - playing football again this year and having fun getting our house together. We're both enjoying the youth work we've been involved in with church and really feeling like it's what we're meant to be doing.

Anways, i will fill you in on updates in time to come. Hope all is well
Kara
