In anticipation for the birth of Number 3 - we thought that making commitments to be elsewhere might bring the little bundle on........ so off we went to Kingston for the annual triathlon - because Matt had been training so hard!
First stop when arriving in Kingston is, of course, a quick dip at the beach
This was the extent of Matt's training preparations for Sunday's event.

And here he is - not a bad effort considering his wheels for the event:)
We are of course very proud of his efforts!
